Privacy policy.
The information you entrust to us, how it is used and protected, and the rights you can exercise.
Draft · September 13, 2026
Scope
This policy concerns the Agentic Expert Group website and personal information handled in the activities of its three companies: Agentic CraftWorks Inc., Agentic Tools and Solutions Inc. and Agentic Workforce Management Inc.
Each company is separate. Your service agreement identifies the company you deal with and its role in handling your information. Membership in the group does not, by itself, authorize sharing information between the companies.
Personal information is information that identifies an individual, directly or indirectly. Its handling is governed by Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and, where applicable, federal privacy law.
The person in charge
The person in charge of the protection of personal information receives questions, access or correction requests, and complaints about this policy.
Privacy officer and contact details: to be confirmed before launch.
What the website collects
This version of the website has no user accounts, submission forms or real file uploads. Its interfaces and animations are illustrations: they do not read your documents or analyze your data.
The website does not include audience analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted with the website and do not require a connection to Google Fonts.
Depending on its configuration, the hosting service may also receive technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and visit times, to deliver and secure the website. The selected host’s practices must be specified before launch.
Information related to a project
Depending on the project, necessary information may include your name, role, business contact details, our correspondence, and data in documents or systems you authorize us to use.
The applicable agreement must specify the information categories, access permissions and processing instructions. When we act on your behalf, your instructions and applicable legal obligations govern our work. Only send necessary information that you are authorized to disclose.
Use and consent
Information may be used to answer your inquiry, define and carry out a project, provide agreed support, administer the contractual relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The purpose and necessary information are identified when the information is collected.
Where consent is required, it must be clear, free, informed and given for specific purposes. A new use requires your consent unless the law permits otherwise. Withdrawing consent may limit a service that depends on the information, without cancelling applicable retention obligations.
How AI is used
The demonstrations on this website do not send your information to an AI model. For a project using AI, permitted data, providers, access and human review must be defined in the agreement before processing begins.
Providers’ data retention and use terms, including model training, must be checked for the selected solution. Simply visiting this website does not constitute consent to use your information to train a model.
If a decision about you is based exclusively on automated processing, the information duties and rights provided by law apply, including the opportunity to submit observations to a person able to review the decision.
Who may receive information
Depending on the agreed service, information may be needed by people assigned to the project and by hosting, storage, communication or processing providers. The recipients and their roles depend on the selected solution.
Every disclosure must have a legal basis. When a provider processes information on our behalf, the confidentiality and use restrictions required by law apply to the contract. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or an order.
Where information is processed
Hosting and processing locations depend on the systems and providers selected for each service. This policy does not guarantee hosting exclusively in Québec or Canada.
Before entrusting personal information to a provider outside Québec or disclosing it outside Québec, the law requires a privacy impact assessment and a written agreement addressing the risks and necessary safeguards.
Retention and disposal
Retention periods depend on the purpose, the applicable agreement and legal obligations. Project records, correspondence and technical data may therefore have different retention periods.
Once the purposes are fulfilled, information must be destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the law, subject to a retention obligation. For data processed on your behalf, return or deletion arrangements must be specified in the agreement.
Protection and incidents
Safeguards must be appropriate to the sensitivity, purpose, amount and format of the information. Technical controls specific to a service must be defined and validated before it is introduced.
In a confidentiality incident, applicable duties include reducing the risk, preventing recurrence and keeping a register. Where there is a risk of serious injury, the Commission d’accès à l’information and affected individuals must be notified in accordance with the law.
Do not send sensitive records through a channel that has not been agreed for your project.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law, you may request access to your information, correction and withdrawal of your consent. You may also exercise applicable rights concerning portability, cessation of dissemination or de-indexing, and exclusively automated decisions.
Address your written request to the person in charge identified in section 02. Sufficient proof of your identity or authority to represent someone may be needed. In Québec, access or correction requests must receive a response no later than 30 days after receipt.
